2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Luxury Apartment in Costalita between Puerta Banus and Estepona.

Costalita is a development on the Costa Del Sol, Spain, between San Pedro and Estepona. Both Malaga and Gibraltar Airports are only 30-40 minutes away, while Marbella Old Town, Puerto Banus and Estepona are all within 10 - 15 minutes drive.

The Urbanisation of Costalita consists of six phases of lovely apartments each with their own pool, set in beautiful landscaped gardens with streams, fountains and wooden bridges and a path with direct access to the beach, with two Beach Bars - "Pepes" and "La Antigua", serving great food and The 5* Playa Bella Hotel is just a short stroll along the Promenade.  

Our apartment is in latest Phase 6, has an underground Private gated Car Park with lift access direct to the front door. The delightful Pool area is surrounded by beautiful Landscaped  Gardens.  A short stroll through these Gardens takes you to the Beach, where there is a very attractive Promenade to "Pepes" and "La Antigua".  

The closest village, Cancelada, is just across the road and although small, has some lovely bars and some nice restaurants. Although a car is not a necessity, we would recommend hiring one as it is a great way of getting around to see some of the many lovely places to visit. Glorious summers and mild winters make it the perfect choice for your holiday. The Costa del Sol weather is exactly what you would expect from the name "Sunny Coast", sun, sun and more sun. It is one of the best, most reliable and healthiest climates in the world with more than 300 days of sunshine per year.

In the winter months the climate is temperate with average daytime temperatures of about 16ºC. There can be some rainy days during this period which tends to vary from year to year and it seldom lasts more than a few days. It is a perfect climate during these months for playing golf.  At the height of the summer in July and August the daytime temperatures reach around 30ºC and there is no rain. Due to low humidity, the temperature is still comfortable and not too sticky.
