Deposits will be accepted in either £ Sterling or in Euros and can be paid by cash, cheque, debit/credit card. All bookings must be made with a deposit of £250 along with a Breakages Deposit of £100.  If booking less than 8 weeks before your holiday the Full Balance will be payable at the time of booking.

Any change over day is accepted, we are very flexible and we will try and accommodate you at the time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.  However due to apartment cleaning an extra daily charge will incur if the apartment is not vacated before 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.  If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band.

Bed linen and towels (not Beach Towels) are provided.   

A cleaning and laundry service can be provided once a week, at extra cost.
